Early 2027, Rosa de Vries will bring her dream to life by opening Barre31 in Badhoevedorp: a boutique studio where everyone is welcome, the atmosphere is friendly, and you’ll leave every class feeling stronger while smiling.

Rosa has loved being active for as long as she can remember. When she discovered barre, it was love at first class. The combination of strength, grace, uplifting music, and mindful movement made her feel stronger, more confident, and completely hooked.

Wanting to share that feeling with others, she completed her first teacher training with master trainer Taylor Silva in Amsterdam in 2019 and became a certified barre instructor. After moving to Haarlem, she continued to grow her skills by training with master trainer Liesel Swanepoel in 2023.

Since 2019, Rosa has been teaching at barre studios in Amsterdam and Haarlem. Her classes are energetic, encouraging, and designed to make everyone (whether it's your very first class or your hundredth) feel challenged, supported, and proud of what their body can do.
